The Kitchen




    I teach my cooking classes in a well-appointed
    commercial kitchen, Paulding & Company, which is
    located at 1410-D 62nd Street, Emeryville, CA.

    Paulding & Company is spacious and equipped with
    everything my classes need.  Amenities include a
    walk-in refrigerator and freezer, a 12-burner
    commercial stove, four full-sized commercial
    convection ovens, a 24-inch char grill and
    comfortable work and dining areas.
