Coming soon: "My Calabria"

I just received a copy of my cookbook jacket and had to share it with you. It was such a surprise because I didn't know which photo would be chosen. There were so many gorgeous shots taken by Sara Remington to choose from, but this really stood out. The cover says it all: "Rustic Family Cooking from Italy's Undiscovered South".
