Summer Garden Cooking class

Join me on Sunday afternoon for a tour of my garden and a cooking class featuring tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and peppers that are growing in my garden.  You will have the chance to tour my garden, pick the vegetables and learn some of our techniques to help you grow your own vegetables. We'll start with a bruschetta topped with cherry tomatoes, homemade pasta with San Marzano tomatoes, ciambotta, a summer vegetable stew, a wonderful salad of fresh tomatoes and sweet Calabrian red onions, and sweet Italian peppers pan fried. We will finish with a sweet surprise if there is room left after eating all those vegetables from the garden.
