Welcome! At Cooking with Rosetta, you’ll learn to cook authentic Southern Italian dishes using seasonal ingredients complemented with fresh-picked vegetables from my organic garden or farmers’ markets.Classes are entirely hands-on. You will learn by preparing five recipes and then sitting down to enjoy a meal of the dishes that you have prepared. I supply everything; the only thing you need to bring is an apron. You are also welcome to bring your own bottle of wine.

Learning to cook authentic Southern Italian dishes is a great way to meet new people or to do something special with your best friend or your spouse.
